Women have unique social, behavioural and biological conditions compared to men. Their health and diseases affecting them are entirely different in every way and most health issues are related to the reproductive system such as hormonal balance, menstruation, menopause, birth control, breastfeeding and reproductive organs. Female health is more broad and complex than males and due to this complexity, they get more infections and health ailments such as:
Gynaecological health issues: menstrual irregularities, urinary incontinence, urinary health, uterine fibroids, and other bacterial infections of reproductive organs.
 
Pregnancy health issues: miscarriage, stillbirth, premature birth, birth defects, breastfeeding, preconception, preterm labour and prenatal care.
 
Disorders related to infertility: endometriosis, uterine fibroids, polycystic ovary syndrome, menopause, ovarian and cervical cancers.
 
Other female health issues are bone health, osteoporosis, arthritis, migraine and urinary tract infections which are more common in females than males.
 
Among all the above listed diseases, female fertility is the main cause of concern which may be due to hormonal imbalance, cyst or tumour, thyroid gland malfunction, certain allopathic medications, nutritional deficiencies, stress, excess weight etc.
