The human body has glands which are responsible for the secretion of various hormones in the body. These hormones are required for proper functioning of organs and proper execution of all body processes. Hormonal imbalance is the over or under secretion of hormones by the glands. Both the conditions are not favourable for the human body and result in different body issues. 
 
There can be altogether different factors for altering hormone levels in individuals. Health condition, stress levels, eating habits, work out sessions and genetics are usually responsible for the hormone fluctuations in the body.
 
Some common issues associated with hormonal imbalance are:
1. PCOS or Polycystic ovarian syndrome
2. Hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism
3. Adrenal stress
4. Oestrogen dominance
5. Diabetes
 
Symptoms of Hormonal Imbalance:
1. Weight gain and fatigue or unexplained weight loss
2. Increased sensitivity to cold or heat
3. Constipation or more frequent bowel movements
4. Dry skin and puffy face or rounded face
5. Increased or decreased heart rate
6. Muscle weakness followed by muscle aches, tenderness, and stiffness and joint pain
7. Frequent urination and increased thirst
8. Hair thinning
9. Increased hunger
10. Depression, nervousness, anxiety, or irritability
11. Decreased sex drive or infertility
12. Blurred vision
13. Sweating
14. Purple or pink stretch marks

  • Eat healthy food
  • Maintain a regular exercise schedule
  • Include natural supplements in the daily routine
  • Drink lots of water
  • Follow a detoxification diet once in two weeks to keep the body clean and free from toxins

  • Do not stress over on the determination of any health disorder
