Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse at New Delhi, and arrive within four to seven business days. Delivery to areas, which are not easily accessible, might take longer. We shall inform the customer if there is a delay beyond seven days for the delivery of the order.

At present, we ship only within India. For bulk orders, please contact us at support@trigyahealth.com and our executive shall revert to you.

If you wish to place an order, but delay shipment for a later date, please do so through our Customer Service Center by calling us on +91-8373994904 and send an email to support@trigyahealth.com. Mention the delivery date in the email request.

Refund, Exchange and Return Policy

The company does not take back any products whether used, unused or unopened. In case there is a manufacturing defect, the customer has to inform the company within 48 hours of receiving the order and the company will send a fresh product after obtaining proof of the defect and conducting an internal check on the validity of the proof. Please note, products will not be changed or a complimentary product will not be sent if the customer does not like the taste, smell, texture or if the customer feels that the product is not suiting their lifestyle.

In case a wrong or alternate product has been sent to the customer due to the fault of the company, the company will send the correct product as ordered by the customer free of cost. The company will conduct an internal check to confirm which product was ordered and confirmed by the customer and based on that the replacement product will be shipped.

The company does not refund any amount for a prepaid order or for an order which has been delivered. The customer can request the company to change the product to another product of the same or lesser value before the product has been shipped. The remaining balance, if any, will be credited towards any future order. Once shipped, no product can be exchanged for another.
