Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse at New Delhi, and arrive within four business days. Delivery to areas, which are not easily accessible, might take longer. We shall inform the customer if there is a delay beyond the four days for the delivery of the order.
At present, we ship only within the India. For bulk orders, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our executive shall revert.
If you wish to place an order, but delay shipment for a later date, do so through our Customer Service Center and send an email to email@example.com. Mention the delivery date in the email request.
REFUND, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
The company will take back any unused and unopened products, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase. The amount paid by you shall be credited to your bank account or credit card, within 7 business days. We would however, wish to know, why the products were returned and if our nutritionist or doctor could advise you on alternate products.
The shipping charges for sending the products back to our office shall be borne by the customer.
If you purchase a product and then decide to exchange it with another product, ship the product purchased initially to our office, send an email with the name of the new product you want. We shall ship the new product to you without shipping charges. The product purchased earlier should be unused and unopened.
If the price of the new product is more than the product purchased, the difference will have to be paid by the customer by credit card or cheque. If the cost of the new product is less than the product purchased earlier, we shall refund the difference. Customers can partially cancel or refund an order and the same policy will apply. Cancellation can be done within one month of purchase if product is defective.
We do not refund any amount for an opened pack, but shall refund the money, if there is a manufacturing defect, which is very unlikely to happen, as we follow very stringent manufacturing processes.
