Shipping & Return Policy


Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse at New Delhi, and arrive within four business days. Delivery to areas, which are not easily accessible, might take longer. We shall inform the customer if there is a delay beyond the four days for the delivery of the order. 

At present, we ship only within the India. For bulk orders, please contact us at and our executive shall revert. 

If you wish to place an order, but delay shipment for a later date, do so through our Customer Service Center and send an email to Mention the delivery date in the email request. 


The company will take back any unusedand unopened products, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase. Theamount paid by you shall be credited to your bank account or credit card,within 7 business days. We would however, wish to know, why the products werereturned and if our nutritionist or doctor could advise you on alternateproducts.

The shipping charges for sending theproducts back to our office shall be borne by the customer.

If you purchase a product and thendecide to exchange it with another product, ship the product purchasedinitially to our office, send an email with the name of the new product youwant. We shall ship the new product to you without shipping charges. Theproduct purchased earlier should be unused and unopened.

If the price of the new product ismore than the product purchased, the difference will have to be paid by thecustomer by credit card or cheque. If the cost of the new product is less thanthe product purchased earlier, we shall refund the difference. Customers canpartially cancel or refund an order and the same policy will apply. Cancellation can be done within one month of purchase if product is defective.

We do not refund any amount for anopened pack, but shall refund the money, if there is a manufacturing defect,which is very unlikely to happen, as we follow very stringent manufacturingprocesses.
